It's sort of insane, that he's seeing all these faces again. He tries to imagine what Cas could be like, if Dean's changed this much; the idea scares him a little. Cautiously, hesitantly, he knocks on the door. For some reason, now that he's wandered away from Dean, he feels exceptionally lost here.
